This policy explains how payments are displayed and processed for purchases from AEROSOOTHE WELLNESS.
1.Currency and pricing
Product prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly shows otherwise. The product price shown in the cart will not be increased at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order and delivery address and is displayed before the customer submits payment.
2.Shipping and additional charges
Standard shipping is free for supported United States destinations. We do not add undisclosed mandatory handling, service, or enrollment fees. The complete amount payable is displayed before the order is submitted.
3.Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4.Payment authorization
Payment is authorized or charged when the order is placed. A payment provider may decline a transaction or request additional verification. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate billing information and confirming that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5.Payment security
Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and authorized payment providers using secure encrypted connections. AEROSOOTHE WELLNESS does not store full payment-card numbers on its own systems.
6.Order review and fraud prevention
Orders may be reviewed to protect customers and the store from unauthorized transactions. We may request reasonable verification or cancel an order that cannot be verified. If a paid order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
